Our Financial Policy
  
We understand, as you do, that health care is not inexpensive. We believe the services we provide to you are of great value for your health and your smile.
It is our policy that payment be made at the time of service. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards, cash, or a personal check. As a courtesy to our patients, we will be happy to help you complete and file insurance forms. However, as our professional services are rendered to you, not the insurance company, you are responsible to pay for the services you receive as they are provided.
Our staff will provide information for your dental insurance claim form to aid you in being reimbursed for your dental treatment covered by insurance. For more extensive treatment plans, we offer flexible financial arrangements that can be made with our office, which allows quality dentistry to be made more affordable to you.
